Kites have been around for over 2,500 years. The first recording in history was in China.
Over the years kites have played an important part of cultures as well as being a fun pass time for children.
Today in Australia we have many different types of kites
- Fun Kids Kites
- Large Display kites
- Two line trick Kites
- Powerful Kitesurfing kites
All these different types of kites provide us with fun and enjoyment.
I hope to explain some of the history of kites but to do it in detail would take a book.
